What are your store hours?

Store hours vary by location. All stores have a limited schedule on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and are closed all of Christmas Day.

How do I find specials at my local store?

You will find savings throughout our store with our everyday low prices. For additional savings look for ourTemporary Price Reductions, indicated by a green tag, or in-store specials. We also accept coupons (restrictions apply, check our Coupon Policy for details).

Gift Cards are available in the check stands at all of our locations and make a great gift for any occasion. Gift Cards may be purchased for any denomination from $5-$500. Where can I use my Rancho San Miguel Markets gift Card?

Please visit the Store Locator section of our website to find a Rancho San Miguel near you to use your gift card at. You may also use your gift card at Food 4 Less Markets.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

Yes. Please bring in the unused portion of the product, original packaging and original receipt, at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to determine how to best resolve the issue.

What do I do if I find an error on my receipt? For example, I was charged for too many items.

Return to the store at your earliest convenience, with your receipt, and ask for a Front End Manager.

If the purchase was through Instacart, please contact them directly at Instacart Help Center.

Can I return a perishable item?

Yes. You may return your perishable item if the product does not meet quality standards. Please bring the original packaging, as much of the product as possible and the original receipt. We will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Can I return Alcohol or Tobacco products?

These items may be returned at the discretion of the Store Director. Each individual situation will be assessed. California State Laws apply.

Do you need a membership to shop at Rancho San Miguel Markets?

No! There is no club card and no membership needed; just everyday low prices.

Do you have electric carts available for customers with a disability, are elderly or have injuries?

Yes, each of our locations provides electric carts for our customer's convenience. These carts are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be found at the inside of the entrance area.

Can I bring my pet into the store?

Rancho San Miguel Markets allow service animals inside the store, any other animal is not allowed.

Do you accept WIC and SNAP EBT as a form of payment?

Yes, Rancho San Miguel Markets gladly welcome WIC and SNAP EBT transactions as a form of payment. How I can be added to your mailing list?

What is your coupon policy?

Rancho San Miguel Markets gladly accept manufacturers' coupons where all of the following apply:

Manufacturers' Coupons

• Free product coupons (except those printed from the Internet)• Buy one; get one free (BOGO) coupons• Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them• Must have a valid expiration date• Must have a scannable bar code• One coupon per item• Restrictions and requirements listed on the coupon are met. This includes but is not limited to: quantities (minimum required and maximum allowed), sizes, brand names, product variety, expiration dates, and store location• Soft drink container caps

Internet Coupons

Guidelines and Limitations

• Rancho San Miguel Markets do not double or triple coupons; if a coupon has been used with an item, no other coupon may be used with that item and no other item may benefit from that coupon.• Rancho San Miguel Markets only accept coupons for merchandise that we sell• Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase• Only one coupon per item• Item purchased must be identical to the description on the coupon (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)• There is no limit on the number of coupons that may be used per transaction• SNAP items purchased in a SNAP transaction are ineligible for cash back• WIC items purchased in a WIC transaction are applied to the basket purchase andmay not be eligible for cash back.
