Store hours vary by location.  All stores have a limited schedule on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and are closed all of Christmas Day.

Gift Cards are available in the check stands at all of our locations and make a great gift for any occasion.  Gift Cards may be purchased for any denomination from $5-$500.  California State Laws regarding Gift Cards apply.

Yes.  Please bring in the unused portion of the product, original packaging and original receipt, at your earliest convenience.  This will allow us to determine how to best resolve the issue.

Return to the store at your earliest convenience, with your receipt, and ask for a Front End Manager.

Yes. You may return your perishable item if the product does not meet quality standards.  Please bring the original packaging, as much of the product as possible and the original receipt.  We will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.

These items may be returned at the discretion of the Store Director.  Each individual situation will be assessed. California State Laws apply.

No!  There is no club card and no membership needed; just everyday low prices.

Yes, each of our locations provides electric carts for our customer’s convenience. These carts are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be found at the inside of the entrance area.

Rancho San Miguel Markets allow service animals inside the store, any other animal is not allowed.

Yes, Rancho San Miguel Markets gladly welcome WIC and SNAP EBT transactions as a form of payment.

Rancho San Miguel Markets gladly accept manufacturers’ coupons where all of the following apply:

Manufacturers’ Coupons

• Free product coupons (except those printed from the Internet)
• Buy one; get one free (BOGO) coupons
• Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them
• Must have a valid expiration date
• Must have a scannable bar code
• One coupon per item
• Restrictions and requirements listed on the coupon are met. This includes but is not limited to: quantities (minimum required and maximum allowed), sizes, brand names, product variety, expiration dates, and store location
• Soft drink container caps

Internet Coupons

• Must be legible
• Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them
• Must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer
• Must have a valid expiration date
• Must have a scannable bar code
• Buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons with a specified price
• May not be duplicated

Guidelines and Limitations

• Rancho San Miguel Markets do not double or triple coupons; if a coupon has been used with an item, no other coupon may be used with that item and no other item may benefit from that coupon.
• Rancho San Miguel Markets only accept coupons for merchandise that we sell
• Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase
• Only one coupon per item
• Item purchased must be identical to the description on the coupon (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)
• There is no limit on the number of coupons that may be used per transaction
• SNAP items purchased in a SNAP transaction are ineligible for cash back
• WIC items purchased in a WIC transaction are applied to the basket purchase and
may not be eligible for cash back. Refer to state-specific WIC guidelines
• Rancho San Miguel Markets stores have the right to reject coupons that have an altered or torn expiration date
• Rancho San Miguel Markets stores will not accept coupons that have been duplicated, appear blurry or altered in anyway
• Rancho San Miguel Markets stores will not accept competitors coupons
• Rancho San Miguel Markets does not accept internet competitor’s coupons.
• Coupons are to be accepted for their intended purpose and may not be accepted or exchanged for cash
• Coupons cannot be purchased, sold or transferred
• Customers are responsible for all sales tax and CRV

We do not accept the following coupons:

• Rancho San Miguel Markets stores do not accept competitor’s coupons.
• Coupons that do not scan properly.
• No cash back for coupons with a higher value than the items’ purchase price.
• Internet coupons that do not require a purchase, “Free”
• Internet coupons with a redemption value exceeding $6.00
• Rancho San Miguel Markets do not accept electronic coupons.
• No photocopied or visibly altered coupons
• Rancho San Miguel Markets stores will not accept checkout coupons

Rancho San Miguel Markets reserve the right to deny any coupon at any time.

Rancho San Miguel Markets gladly accept personal checks for the purchase of merchandise upon the condition that our Check Writing Policy guidelines below are met.

  1. Customer must have a valid California Driver’s License
  2. Check must be for exact amount of purchase
  3. Customer must provide a home and work/alternate phone number
  4. Check must have customers printed physical address
  5. Check must have customers name pre-printed
  6. Travelers checks are accepted with a minimum of 80% of purchase

Checks are limited to the amount of the purchase.

Rancho San Miguel Markets abide by a strict No Solicitation Policy that covers all of our locations, parking lots and all property owned, managed or operated by our company.  This policy is set in place to protect our customers, staff and visitors from unwanted solicitations.  No exceptions.

In order to ensure that our prices are the best in town, we price check our competition weekly and sometimes adjust prices daily!  Due to this, our prices are subject to change at any time therefore we are not able to provide prices over the phone or via email.
